Je souhaiterais savoir si l'un d'entre vous connaît les derniers chiffres de l'adoption nationale, car ils me semblent flous entre les enfants en attante d'adoption et les enfants confiés en adoption je ne comprends pas bien.

Les enfants en attente d'adoption sont des enfants pour lesquels il n'y a pas de postulants souvent des enfants "trop grands" , "avec handicaps lourds" . Mais d'autres raisons aussi. Vous pouvez trouver certaines explications en page 23 de ce document.
Les enfants confiés en vue d'adoption sont les enfants qui sont arrivés dans leur famille adoptive mais pour qui le jugement n'a pas encore été prononcé. Je ne suis pas une spécialiste des adoptions en France mais il me semble qu'il faut entre 6 mois et un an pour que le jugement soit prononcé.
